This guide covers DogeBox1 setup and day-to-day operation best practices.

1. Set Up and Configure Your DogeBox1

  1. Power on the DogeBox1 and place it where airflow is stable and the Wi-Fi signal is reliable.
  2. Open the DogeBox App and sign in or create your account.
  3. Pair the device with your account. First make sure it's in pairing mode — shown by a solid blue light, which a new device enters on its own — then provision Wi-Fi over BLE from the app. DogeBox1 supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only, so a network on another band won't appear in the app's Wi-Fi list.
  4. Set your payout and identity addresses. In the app, set the LTC and DOGE addresses your mining payouts are sent to, and bind a CYS on-chain address as your identity for Cysic Network participation.
  5. Confirm the device is online and running stably in the app.
  6. Keep the device powered and connected so it can maintain uptime and participate in the Cysic Network.

2. Ongoing Operating Best Practices

  • Keep the DogeBox1 online consistently and check the app regularly for connectivity, participation, and device status.
  • Maintain wallet access securely and back up any recovery material according to your wallet provider's guidance.
  • Follow announcements from official channels for updates that may affect participation.
