Safety and Support

DogeServer is designed for continuous, long-term operation. Prepare the power supply and installation environment before use.

Operating environment

The manual specifies an operating temperature of 20°C to 30°C and humidity of 10% to 90% RH, non-condensing. Choose a dry, well-ventilated location with stable power and a reliable network connection.

  • Keep air intake and exhaust vents clear. Follow the installation clearance guidance.
  • Avoid high temperatures, excessive humidity, dust, and flammable gases.
  • Do not allow liquids, metal objects, or other foreign material to enter the chassis.
  • Plan the installation location for the heat and fan noise produced during operation.

Electrical and mechanical safety

  • Use a properly grounded outlet that meets the device's power requirements.
  • Internal components may become extremely hot. Do not open the enclosure or touch internal components while the device is operating.
  • Fans rotate at high speed. Keep fingers and other objects out of the fan area.
  • Disconnect the device from power during thunderstorms or when it will not be used for an extended period.
  • Disassembly, repairs, and modifications must be performed only by qualified service technicians.

Contacting Technical Support

If the device operates abnormally and the troubleshooting checks do not resolve the issue, prepare:

  • Product model and serial number (SN).
  • A description of the issue and the LED indicator status.
  • The operating environment.
  • The installed software or firmware version.

The product label and QR code are on the enclosure. Do not remove, damage, or deface them.
